Sweet Basil Essential Oil is used to enhance so many Thai and Italian dishes. It is often used in tomato soup., one of my favorites. Many people plant basil in their herb gardens. We definitely do. The sweet, warm, and spicy flavor of Basil essential oil would be a great choice for your cooking adventures.
I always love coming home to the sweet smell of Basil. It is so fresh and sweet smelling. It reminds me of when I was a child and my mom would cook Italian dishes. She always used basil to enhance the flavor of these dishes.
Basil essential oil can be diffused, inhaled, or used topically. Basil Essential Oil emits a warm, sweet, freshly floral and crisply herbaceous scent that is further characterized as airy, vibrant, uplifting, and reminiscent of the scent of licorice.
Inhalation Directions:
Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser or small pot of boiling water. Inhale gently.
Topical Directions: Do not apply directly to skin:
Blend 1-4 drops with your favorite lotion or carrier oil, such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba or sesame.
