Myrrh Resinoid Oil was used in ancient times in worship because it is grounding, calms the mind, and encourages an inner peace, and is an aid to focus and meditation. This can all be accomplished by adding a few drops in your favorite diffuser.

I enjoy blending Myrrh and Frankincense for their warm and woody aroma. I find it peaceful and calming at the end of a long day. 

Myrrh Resinoid Oil can be mixed with your body creams or lotions.

Myrrh Resinoid Oil can also blend well in a massage oil or dilute it in a warm bath. 

Myrrh Resinoid Oil emits a Warm, Smokey, Woodsy, Balsamic aroma.

Blends Well With: benzoin, clove, frankincense, lavender, and sandalwood.

Inhalation Directions: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser or small pot of boiling water. Inhale gently.

Topical Directions: Do not apply directly to skin: Blend 1-4 drops with your favorite lotion or carrier oil, such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba or sesame.
