Peppermint Essential Oil is cool and refreshing. Peppermint is my most favorite mint flavor. I enjoy the taste, smell, and feel of peppermint. It has so many wonderful uses. I love adding peppermint to my cookies and homemade chocolate. It is great when mixed with lemon or vanilla and sage. 

Lavender and peppermint pair well. When blended they create a wonderful synergy that really allows them to complement each other. Blend one drop of peppermint and three drops of lavender in one tablespoon carrier oil. 

Peppermint Essential Oil emits a Fresh, Minty, Cooling, Sweet, Crisp, Clean aroma.

Blends Well With: eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, marjoram, and rosemary.

Inhalation Directions: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser or small pot of boiling water. Inhale gently.

Topical Directions: Do not apply directly to skin: Blend 1-4 drops with your favorite lotion or carrier oil, such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba or sesame.
